I made some wheat ones ages ago and liked them, so Mark bought me some corn flour so I could make better ones.  However, I found out last night that generic corn flour is not the same as the corn flour needed to make tortillas (or, at least, not the same one that was used in the recipes I found).  I came up with a mess that just either wouldn’t stick together or was too sticky to roll out.  I ended up making flour tortillas that was pretty good.  I need to get better at rolling them out, since a press can get pretty expensive and space-consuming.  But, lesson learned: next time, I’ll use the correct flour!
